UPDATE: This is an old post so some of the links no longer work. As far as I know, you can't buy any of the dresses in the post so PLEASE don't comment asking where you can buy them. I don't know! Thank you.
With my recent creation of the Confessor's White Dress I have discovered that I absolutely love wearing dresses with extremely long sleeves and the lacing in the front is something else!!! Here are some more photos of dresses I wouldn't mind wearing either! And of course, this will be a multiple series post since there are MANY dresses out there!
All photos were originally found via Pinterest, if they linked elsewhere then those links are shared below each photo.

I LOVE medieval dresses. I wish I knew how to sew them!
ReplyDeleteI do too! I had never sewn a dress, or sleeves, or a hood before and created my very first medieval style dress last weekend all without a pattern and from thrifted bedsheets... I have to say it wasn't half as hard as I thought it would be! Do you know how to sew? That's half the battle right there! (And the dress is the Mother Confessor dress which you can see here: http://blueeyedbeautyblogg.blogspot.com/2012/11/the-confessors-white-dress-post-4-its.html)
