Blueberry Crumble Muffins

Muffin Ingredients
4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 heaping Tablespoon baking powder
3 eggs
2 cups milk
1 Tablespoon vanilla flavor
1 teaspoon almond flavor
1 stick butter, melted
1 21oz. can blueberry pie filling

Crumble Ingredients
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
3 Tablespoons butter, melted

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl mix together the flour, sugar and baking powder.
3. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Add in the eggs, milk, vanilla & almond flavor, and the melted butter. Stir until everything is well combined.
4. Pour in the can of blueberry pie filling. Stir it in just a little so you will have a 'swirl' effect in the finished muffins.
5. In a separate bowl mix together the brown sugar, flour, and butter. Use a fork and mix until crumbs form.
6. Scoop 1/4 cup of muffin batter into greased muffin tins. Use a large spoon and sprinkle crumb mix over the top of each muffin.
7. Bake the muffins in the oven for 25-30 minutes. These muffins are really moist so they may stick to a toothpick when tested.
8. Serve warm!

Notes
~The muffins will rise well in the oven, but will fall once they are removed from the heat.
~Keep leftover muffins stored in the fridge to keep from molding. They are very moist!
